Designed to aerospace standards with ultra-thin materials, these intercoolers provide exceptional cooling efficiency by maximizing internal fin density. Compared to factory tube/fin intercoolers, PWR’s bar/plate cores incorporate three times the number of fin rows, significantly boosting heat transfer performance. Furthermore, the robust bar/plate design offers superior burst pressure resilience, effectively managing boost spikes without pressure drop.
Precision craftsmanship defines these intercoolers, with expert technicians meticulously welding cladding as thin as 0.3mm. Production is limited to five cores per day, emphasizing the unparalleled quality and attention to detail involved in each intercooler's assembly.
