CSF 8350 External Transmission Oil Cooler Kit for FORD Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost 2021+

The CSF system was built around a high-performance transmission oil cooler built with CSF’s Micro Channel Technology. The core features a super-high-pressure 26mm 12-channel microtube design that maximizes oil flow and surface area contact. Constructed of 11 rows of cooling tubes and paired with 12 rows of 8mm multi-louvered high-performance fins, it delivers outstanding heat transfer efficiency. A CNC billet-machined thermostatic plate replaces the factory stack cooler which reroutes transmission fluid to the new cooler mounted in front of the radiator. Motorsport-grade lines and patented quick-release fittings by DYME PSI ensure a clean, fast, and straight-forward installation.

CSF partnered with DYME PSI for their exceptional quality and innovative quick-release hose and fitting solutions. The DYME Pro/Spec Quick Release Fittings offer race-proven performance with the convenience of tool-free clamshell removal and capable of withstanding up to 10,000 PSI. Quick Release fittings make the installation of the CSF kit much faster than traditional threaded fittings. In addition, they make maintenance like fluid changes much less of a headache.

The hoses are an ultra-lightweight, aramid-braided, carbon-impregnated PTFE for maximum flexibility, flow, and chemical resistance. The lines are ideal for motorsports use and more than capable of handling the rigors of off-roading.
