The VERUS ENGINEERING A0525A-AXL Brake Cooling Kit is engineered to improve brake thermal management on the Toyota GR Corolla by directing high-pressure airflow directly to the center of the brake rotors. The system follows an OEM-style layout with the shortest possible routing to maximize cooling efficiency. Fresh air is captured from a high-pressure zone in the front bumper and delivered through dedicated ducting to the rotor center, supporting consistent braking performance under demanding driving conditions.

All components are developed using in-house 3D scan data to ensure a near-OEM level of fit and finish. The kit features a 3D printed carbon nylon inlet that bolts to the factory bumper, combined with a stainless steel backing plate with integrated ducting. This version includes a pair of replacement OEM axle nuts, recommended for installation when fitting the brake cooling system. Pre-cut high-temperature hoses and all required hardware are included for a complete installation.
