The system utilizes the OEM fog light locations as air inlets and follows the shortest possible routing to maximize cooling efficiency. A formed backing plate with integrated ducts ensures airflow is delivered directly to the rotor vanes, supporting consistent braking performance during high-temperature operation.
The inlet ducts are manufactured from carbon fiber with a continuously decreasing cross-sectional area to promote efficient airflow and reduce losses throughout the system. Developed using in-house 3D scan data of the ND chassis, the kit achieves an OEM-level fit and finish. All required components are included, allowing installation with minimal hand tools.
